Just 2.5 miles from Disney's main entrance, Characters Corner is a 6-bedroom, 4-bath, 3,500 sq ft home in the gated community of Formosa Gardens Estates. We built it in 2002, have hosted families ever since, and gave the entire home a top-to-bottom makeover in 2025. Many of our guests return year after year.

THE POOL
Most guests tell us they spend as much time at the pool as at the parks. Our in-ground pool is surrounded by an extra-large deck with plenty of loungers and a covered outdoor dining area. The hot tub and the Mickey Mouse kiddie pool both spill over into the main pool. The Mickey pool is 18 inches deep in the center and just 6 inches deep in Mickey's ears – perfect for little ones. Pool heat is available for an additional fee.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (sleeps 14)
- Master Suite 1: King bed, en-suite bath with Jacuzzi tub
- Master Suite 2: King bed, en-suite bath
- Master Suite 3 (upstairs bonus suite): King bed plus pull-out sofa, en-suite bath
- Princess/Royalty Room: Full-size princess carriage bed. Connects to a master suite through French doors (lockable), and also has its own private entrance from the living room
- Star Wars Room: Two twin beds
- Nemo Room: Two twin beds
All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs.

TRAVELING WITH LITTLE ONES
Two pack 'n plays, a high chair and a stroller are provided, so you can pack lighter.

Grocery stores, restaurants and shopping are just minutes away, yet the neighborhood stays quiet and private.
