Not a nice stay experience

Very bad WiFi connection, water tap broken and no repairing. Very noisy at night time, without sun shield

7 / 10

Had a great time in Florence. We would certainly stay there again!

Central to everything

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable and there was a lot of dust.

4 / 10

I would not recommend it unless electricity is not a concern of yours.

Location was central to train station, grocery store, and sightseeing, and the building felt secure. The person who came to deliver the keys and showed up every time the power went off was very nice and did her best to help us. Beds were comfortable and sheets were very nice. The kitchen was well supplied.

The apartment is not adequately powered. The first night we arrived the power went out a number of times when trying to cook and do laundry at the same time, or cook and charge phones. Wi-Fi was very intermittent. There was a framed rating on a shelf stating it received a 9 out of 10 on the wall but it was for a different property in Milan, not the Florence property. Hot water was scalding hot. The headboard in the bedroom was in poor condition, and a light sconce in the living room was missing. The person I was texting to try to solve the power issue wouldn’t answer questions directly.

Good

The location was perfect, good it had air conditioning and close to station

Didn't really think it was easy to get in touch to resolve issues had to email back and fourth, Safe didn't work because they were no batteries and the shower was blocked from day 1.

8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026

7 / 10Good·Aug 2026

La situación era inmejorable

Ducha en mal estado

6 / 10Average·Aug 2021

Location close to the center and a lot of stores/restaurants around

Apartment need to be more maintained and the common area are dirty and smell very bad like mold…
