Sunset House is the perfect house for you, your family & friends to enjoy your deserved Santa Fe vacation.
It is a traditional adobe Santa Fe style with charming vigas throughout. It was recently renovated with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The master suite has a king-sized bed with large entry / study room. The Junior suite has 2 twin beds and a sofa bed. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. All the bedrooms are equipped with HD flat screen TVs and AC.
There are three living spaces for entertaining and relaxing; and also 3 different outdoor spaces to enjoy the turquoise skies of Santa Fe.
Solid adobe construction, traditional details and a quaint and quiet neighborhood are everything that you are looking for to enjoy your vacation and create new memories with family & friends with fun, elegance and comfort!
Location - unbeatable:
You also are going to love the location. It is an easy walk to the plaza (shops and restaurants) and Canyon Road (galleries galore). The plaza is 5-6 blocks and Canyon Road is 7 blocks away. It is also on the road to Santa Fe's best spa, 10,000 Waves (5 minute drive). The 'waves' is a world class Japanese style spa with hot tubs, excellent massages and lots of other treatments.
We live in the same neighborhood and really love it. Quiet, convenient and safe. We would not live anywhere else.

The pictures truly don't do this property justice. From the moment we walked in, the home felt warm, inviting, and comfortable. We had five women staying here, and the layout worked perfectly with five beds and three bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy.The home offers two comfortable indoor sitting areas and two beautiful outdoor courtyards, making it easy to gather together or find a quiet place to relax. Every space felt cozy and welcoming. The location couldn't have been better—just about a half-mile from downtown Santa Fe, which made shopping, sightseeing, and dining out incredibly convenient.We had planned to leave our luggage outside the home after checkout, but our host generously accommodated us with an extended checkout since our train didn't depart until 3:30 p.m. That extra kindness made our departure day so much easier.Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again. The location, amenities, and hospitality were outstanding.

Beautiful house. Lots of room for families or friends to gather and have a great time. Host is very responsive. House is in a super quiet neighborhood, but only 4 minutes from downtown.

The location was great, you can walk to shops, good spots for running and a very nice neighborhood. The property was better than we had hoped for. Exceptionally clean and comfortable with plenty of space.
