All the luxuries you'll want for a coastal getaway come together at Summer Lovin', a beautiful beachfront home with 6 bedrooms and 6 baths, sleeping up to 18 guests. A private splash pool, heatable October through May for an extra $60/day, and an elevator headline the amenities, joined by spacious living areas and broad porches on both levels.

Great beach views set the backdrop for the main floor great room, a natural gathering spot with plenty of seating around the large smart TV over the fireplace, plus a dining table and bar seating for shared meals. The well-stocked kitchen has a full refrigerator, dishwasher, undercounter ice maker, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and everything else needed to prepare and serve meals for the whole party. 2 bedrooms are also on this level: a King bedroom with a deluxe private bathroom featuring a double vanity, shower, and separate tub, and a bedroom with a pair of Queen beds and an adjoining bathroom that also opens to the hall. A laundry area completes the floor.
4 bedrooms fill the top floor. A beachfront King suite offers a Twin daybed and trundle, access to a private porch, and a deluxe private bathroom with a double vanity, shower, and separate bathtub. A bunkroom with 2 Twin-over-Twin bunks and a private bath comes next, and the 2 remaining bedrooms each have a King bed and a private bathroom.
Porches on the outside of both levels invite guests to soak up the sun and seaside breeze, and the main floor porch has extra room for al fresco dining. Down on the ground floor, a charcoal grill sets up cookouts and beachside barbecues, more shaded seating and living space adds even more room to settle in, and a private heatable splash pool is ready for a refreshing dip. The highlight is just a few steps across the dune walkover: your own private stretch of sugar-white sand beach. When you return, a hot and cold water outdoor shower makes rinsing off the sand simple.
Summer Lovin' sits 2.5 miles west of Hwy 59 and the center of Gulf Shores, just minutes from the best attractions yet still away from the condos and crowds.
This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected. The space was exceptional for our large group of 17. The beach views were great. Our last day we got to view a pod of dolphins from the deck.The sand was spectacular. The space was very clean. The littles thought the wading pool was great. The hosts were responsive through the entire process. The only downsides were we wish the pool was beach side and not viewing the street. I think more toilet paper should be provided. Only two rolls for each bathroom is not adequate for lsrge groups. It would also be nice to have a few spices in the kitchen provided. We would definitely return.

It was a great family Thanksgiving vacation. Weather was great most of the week, just a bit cool towards the end! I added the Christmas lights for our stay!

The good: The location, proximity to the beach and size of the house were great! The layout of the house worked really well for our family. The kids LOVED the pool and the beach and took full advantage of both! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. There are lots of games, puzzles and family activities. The closet on the porch is well equipped with beach necessities!The ish: the house needs some real maintenance. There are multiple broken tiles that stick up, one of which cut my foot in the kitchen. Sliding doors were off tracks, the shower in the bathroom on the main floor practically floods the floor because the doors don’t close properly, and the carpets desperately need to be cleaned. I’m not typically nitpicky, but for 13k a week I will absolutely nitpick. The dishwasher would not work and we notified the property management and no one ever came. The front door lock malfunctioned consistently and was addressed by maintenance on our first day but the issues continued. Overall, those issues really lowered the perceived value of the property. The house has all the potential in the world, it just sorely needs some attention.
