Make the most of your mountain vacation in this beautiful, stylish, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in the heart of Downtown Steamboat Springs! This space is newly remodeled with modern-rustic finishes and decor, perfectly channeling the energy of a great western getaway in the Rockies. This condo is located right in the middle of downtown surrounded by all of the best restaurants, bars, and shopping Steamboat Springs’ downtown area has to offer. You can walk across the street to the Yampa River for tubing, swimming, a riverside bite, or a stroll. Just over the bridge you’ll find the rodeo grounds, the iconic Howelsen Hill ski area, the sports complex and ice rink. The world class, Steamboat Ski Resort, mountain restaurants, and bars are all just a five-minute drive up the hill; or walk half a block to the free city bus, which runs every 12 minutes to the mountain. The 1200 square feet in this condo provide ample space for entertaining, comfortably sleeping eight. In the evenings, relax and unwind with HD cable TV, on demand, wifi Internet. You will enjoy the natural daylight in this well-lit condo, as well as views of the Yampa River and Howelsen Hill. That means nighttime views of 4th of July fireworks and winter carnival fireworks right from the living room!

This is a fantastic condo in the heart of Steamboat walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Brian, the host, has thoughtfully furnished it with everything needed for a great stay. Bathrooms have plenty of large, absorbent towels; shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower; hand soap and lotion at the sink. Plenty of dishes and all sorts of utensils and cookware in the kitchen. Comfortable beds and nice crisp linens. Each bedroom has air conditioning, which was much appreciated because the it was very hot when we were there. There was a closet with games and also sleds for winter visitors. An additional benefit, we woke up Saturday morning to the farmers market being set up on the street right in front of the condo. Sent the kids to the movies on the free bus system that was less than a block away. Rented bikes from the shop just a few steps away and rode the Yampa bike path all along the river, getting to watch the moose who was wading in the river. Rodeo grounds and Howelson hill right across the pedestrian bridge on 9th (condo is between 7th and 8th streets) provided hiking and biking, free concert on Saturday night and a rodeo Friday and Saturday as well. So much to choose from! We had a couple of questions about parking and Brian was quick to answer our inquiries. All in all, a perfect trip, thank you!

Amazing place! Location is perfect! The condo felt luxurious, beautifully decorated. High quality furnishings and every detail was perfect. Would definitely come back!

Beautifully appointed condo in the heart of old town. So walkable. This section of Yampa Street can get noisy at night and this condo is in the heart of it.

The condo itself was very nice and comfortable and great bedrooms for our family with young kids, but there is a bar directly across the street that was very rowdy and loud until 2 am. We heard loud fights/yelling that kept us awake even with the windows closed.
