The property was as described, “exquisitely decorated “. It is a beautiful, clean property with a lot of thought gone into making it comfortable for the guests. It has everything you need for a short stay. Great view of the beach and pool area from the balcony and just steps to the beach. If you are looking for a relaxing time this is ideal due to the close proximity to the beach. There’s not a lot of amenities in the surrounding area, only a small Italian restaurant across the street and a 7-11. However Walmart is about a 10 minute walk and if you walk another 15 minutes further there is a small strip mall.
The host was very accommodating. Granted us a later checkout when our flight was changed which we were extremely grateful for. The building was very secure and we felt very safe here.

This particular vacation/stay we brought our 8 yr old grandson. The pool was perfect! Clean, and warm and a good depth for his age We did donate beach toys, a poodle noodle ( after learning we were not allowed a floaty in the pool) and a small cooler to the room. Definitely NEED a cooler for the beach and pool! Beds/pillows were comfortable! We could of used a few more towels for our length of stayAnd we had to go purchase washcloth’s as there was none Gorgeous view which we appreciated A couple bottles of water would have been nice/ and not costly upon arrival We tried cooking breakfast but the pans need updated- everything stuck All in all it was a very nice stay and would recommend it

Overall, we loved the location and the view of the ocean was amazing. It served our purposes, but the apartment needs some updating.
Pros:
-Location
-Close to restaurants
-Pool was warm and easy
-Steps from the beach
-Beds were comfortable
-Nicely decorated
Cons:
-check in process was frustrating. Staff was unhelpful and did not go out of their way to help.
-paying $30 each for two fob’s that are non refundable is a rip off. They should be refundable.
-drywall and paint were cracking and peeling on the bathroom and bedroom. Door in bathroom had holes in it where an old hook must have been.
-window sill in master was filthy and had not been cleaned for a long time. Same with the area around the kitchen sink.
-there were no drawers to put clothes. Made it hard for a week, especially in the second bedroom, which is very small.
-remote controls for tvs were either missing or had no batteries.
-very little was stocked for us, only one roll of toilet paper and no dish towels in the kitchen.
-there were supposed to be 6 beach towels, but there were only 4.
-laundry was not in the unit and costs $2 per wash and dry. You need to buy a laundry card for $7 and add money in $10 increments. Seems like the host could provide one or two loads as part of the rental, especially at this price point.
