About this house rental
Exterior was recently painted, new floors throughout, and decor freshened! This house in Rosemary is situated on one of the largest lots with a LARGE, PRIVATE, HEATED POOL AND OUTDOOR LIVING AREA with fireplace with tv above fireplace, outdoor kitchen, carport, and large parking area. Three king bedrooms. Bunk room with 3 sets of twin over twin and trundle bed. Living room, kitchen, guest bedroom and full bath are downstairs. Primary bedroom, additional guest bedroom, and bunk room are upstairs. French doors open from the living room onto the wonderful outdoor living and dining area. There is also a screened porch off the living room with a picnic table for kids. The Rosemary Beach Fitness Center and indoor Sky Pool are right outside our front door. The Tennis Center with 8 clay courts are right out our back door. These are all private facilities, and guests are able to use them with a guest fee. The magnificent beach is just a short walk away. Everything you will need for your trip to the beach is within steps from our house! We were drawn to this house because of its double lot and the outdoor possibilities it afforded. The outdoor living is where everyone will want to spend most of the time. Dine, swim, watch tv, or relax by the fireplace outdoors. Our large driveway is gated and provides parking for multiple cars, so no street parking is needed! Little ones can safely play, scooter or bike on the driveway.

It was a beautiful home with large rooms, nicely furnished and well kept up. The home has a tremendous outdoor space with a great covered patio with nice couches and a large tv, large dining table and great gas barbecue and drink fridge. The pool was great and we used it every day. The property fit 8 adults and 1 two year old very well. It is in a great location with a short walk to downtown Rosemary Beach as well as the Beach walkovers. We had a few issues with an oven that didn't work and dishes that were put away unclean by prior renters but the owner, Lisa, was super accommodating and communicated great. We would stay here again.

Amazing Grace is just as it is rightfully named. Communication with host was prompt and directions very clearly stated. The property is outstanding. Well stocked kitchen, beds and bunk room beds comfortable. The pool and pool area very nice. Private drive for off street parking. The location perfect just outside of the noise of town center and 5-7 minutes walk to the beach. Great beach especially for families. This will not disappoint!!

Overall a nice property and great location but was disappointed with the upkeep and cleanliness of the property. There is also a late check to allow time to clean the property and we arrived a bit early but left to allow time for the cleaning service to do their job. Unfortunately still found the outside and pockets of the interior a bit untidy (a few dirty pans and glassware that were put away), sticky floors thru out. Owner was responsive via email. We’ve stayed at many properties in RmB and this one is nice and convenient but the interior could use some love, especially upgrades with pans/pots and other housewares and a lack of amenities (no bikes, beach towels, etc), which were lacking for properties at this price point.
