Check in was too long. We arrived at 3:20 and there was not a room available. We waited while others were checked in (30+ minutes). I don't know why there were rooms for them but not for us? I booked two queens but if offered I would have taken a king. Maybe a training opportunity? The female on the desk was very pleasant but was new and kept having to leave the desk to consult with her manager in the back. She needed to have an observer to help her. I feel like she was thrown to the wolves. Our credit card was charged twice, waiting to see if it resolves. Room was large, very clean and the breakfast was above average and was well maintained by the attendant. Easy access to the airport. I would book at this location again.
