Conveniently located halfway between the Seward small boat harbor and Seward´s historic downtown. Both are within a short walking distance along a coastal trail that is just one block from the front door. The trail is part of the original Iditarod Trail. Very clean and private with 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, wifi, DirectTV/DVD, Washer and Dryer. Adjacent to our other vacation rental unit (VRBO Listing #971600). This is great for someone who is wanting to have a rental for 8 to 10 people, as the two units are side by side. Owned and operated by a 4´th generation Seward, Alaskan.

Exactly as described. We were in Seward one day and this was a great place for what it is. It's not luxurious by any means, but it's well taken care of and the price is set accordingly. Owner very responsive, clean unit, very close to town.

Host was extremely helpful - above and beyond! The home was well stocked with “the little things “ that you don’t usually find in Vrbos. Nice blackout curtains for those nonexistent nights in Alaska! Would recommend this location highly.

Laundry and parking convenient. Not that well stocked though with old old spices. It was fine for a night but priced high for what it is

The check-in was good.. but the door is not easy to open with the code... had to do the code 3 times everytime we tried to get in... the house smelled of cat pee when we 1st got in...
