About this house rental
Our home is located in a quiet and relaxing lakefront community. Watch the deer from the porch or a sunrise like no other from the dock. Fish and swim all day then have a bonfire by the lake! Have lunch or dinner on the back porch or sun deck. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat with fun in the sun this is the place for you.
If you want to pair college football with lake activities you are in luck ... Clemson is 45 minutes away and the University of Georgia is 1 hour away.
Sleeps 10 with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Master has king bed and large bath with separate shower and air tub along with a walk out porch overlooking the lake. King bed on main level. The other 2 bedrooms offer queen beds. There is also a murphy bed in the living room and futon on 2nd level.
Gentle walk to the water. Bring your own boat or rent one nearby. Our dock is situated on quiet cove right off the main channel. Tugaloo State Park has several boat ramps and is only 1 mile away. The state park also offers hiking trails, putt-putt and tennis.
Local grocery stores and shopping close by. Greenville, SC is 45 minutes away and Tanger Outlet in Commerce, GA is 30 minutes away.
There is plenty of room to park several cars in the drive plus ample space to park a boat trailer.

Wonderful stay in this beautiful home! The back porch (upper and lower) is awesome! The walkway down to the lake is smooth and easy. It was in close proximity to a nice boat ramp. Lots of fun boating/tubing, swimming at the dock, fishing, and jet skiing. Very nice ladder (with handrail) at the dock. We had plenty of room and depth to dock a 24’ Tritoon (even with lower lake levels currently). Lots of open water nearby. The house was very clean and comfortable with all of the light switches being labeled showed that the hosts pay attention to the small details! You will definitely see lots of community deer when relaxing on the back porch. Everything was just as advertised/pictured, and we all had an amazing time. There were 4 adults and 4 kids in our house and everyone was comfortable. Lots of memories made!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakefront home. It was beautifully furnished with plenty of room and everything you need for a relaxing visit. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed to prepare your meals. Sitting on the porch was so relaxing and you will definitely see lots of deer wandering the grounds in the morning and evening. The location on Lake Hartwell is great. It is just down the road from Tugaloo State Park and within an hours drive of lots of great wineries and hikes in the north GA mountains. The host is very responsive and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this vacation rental!
