The is an outside hot tub that operates year-round that seats 4 people.

History:
Quintana street was named after the Quintana brothers who settled the area in the 1920?s, selling their farmland in the north and coming to “La Villa Royal” or the “Royal City” as Santa Fe was then called, to educate their families.

The house was built in the 1930?s by the oldest son, Juan, in the traditional adobe brick, southwestern style. In 1998, Michael Roybal, second cousin to Juan, bought and renovated the original house. With utmost care, he retained its unique architectural features, keeping its charm and grace, while bringing it up to date with modern living.

Casa Quintana is fully licensed by the City of Santa Fe and abides by all tax laws and city ordinances.

Unbeatable Location & Perfect for Dog Owners! We had a wonderful stay at this Santa Fe home! The neighborhood is wonderfully quiet, the home is equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the private backyard was a huge plus. What really sets this place apart is the location:Food & Drinks: Just 8 minutes away from Dinner for Two, which quickly became a favorite—fantastic happy hour with an extensive tapas menu and 10 craft cocktails! It's the ultimate date-night or pre-night-out spot. The Plaza: An easy 15-minute walk brings you right to the heart of Santa Fe Plaza, surrounded by great restaurants, shopping, and historical sites. It’s also a fantastic place to grab a coffee and people-watch!Pet Friendly: If you're traveling with dogs like we were, you're only a 5-minute drive from one of the best dog parks in the country. It's a massive 139-acre off-leash park that’s perfect for a scenic stroll to wear out your pup.You simply cannot beat the convenience, comfort, and peaceful atmosphere of this home. We would definitely stay here again!

This is wonderful small, clean home in a very quiet neighborhood. We could walk to everything in the Sante Fe Plaza and Railway area within 15 minutes which was so convenient. It was nice to have the air-conditioning available to cool things off for sleeping. This is a great home-base to explore northern New Mexico.

The house and location were great! Courtyard could have used some tidying, but the hot tub was clean, we felt very safe, and generally exactly as advertised. The host was not responsive when we had a question or two, but we didn’t need much so it wasn’t a big deal.
