Location! Location! Location! The best location you can get in Anaheim. The house is within walking distance to Disneyland and Downtown Disney and about 1 mile from the Anaheim Convention Center. A cab ride to Disneyland costs about $10-$15. It has easy access to major freeways and truly the best location you can find. Various grocery stores and restaurants are also within 1 mile. The house has an indoor/outdoor resort-style living concept with modern furnishings. The kitchen brings your family together with a large island, quartz counter-top throughout, pro-style 6-burner range with 36’' oven, and a beautiful refrigerator. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and tools for you to prepare delicious meals for your family.
The house is 4000 square feet. The kitchen overlooks the family room next to our very spacious dining room and provides plenty of space for a perfect gathering.
The house is 5 bedrooms plus large den and loft, sleep 13 comfortably. The loft upstairs has a sofa bed within the sectional. We also have a futon and sleeper sofa. Your party will completely enjoy and relax in our spacious house with heated pool. Fireworks can be seen from the front yard, backyard, balcony, garage, bedrooms, etc. Imagine enjoying the pool and spa while taking in the fireworks?
All bedrooms and bathrooms showcase a modern and contemporary style. High-end linens and salon shampoos are provided for your enjoyment and experience.
There are four parking spaces on the property. An EV outlet in the garage for electronic vehicles like Tesla and Mustang.
Our fees are simple: rent + tax + cleaning
No pool heating fee
Pool, spa and outdoor activities 9am-10pm.

We really liked the location for the 12 of us. The house was nice could use a few things. The cabinets organization was all over we had to search for things as they weren't in what we thought were practical spots. The floors appeared clean however after 5 minutes of walking barefoot feet were black. The master bathroom floor has a repair that at first appears to be wet urine next to toliet but isnt. The bedroom with the balcony has an exterior camera above window and at night when it goes off a flood light shines into room. Overall we loved our stay and would stay there again. Easy to get an Uber to and from Disneyland.

This house was perfect for families going to Disneyland and CA Adventure, or adventures around the LA area. The heated pool is great for recovery the next day after walking around the parks. It's exactly 1.1 mile from door to park entrances and an easy flat 15-20 min walk. Or you can save .4 mile and have a family member drop off the family at the Downtown Dr passenger drop & pickup area (near entrance to Downtown Disney), and then go park back at house so only 1 person walk back to park. Or you can walk to the Mickey & Friends parking garage to take the tram to park entrance. Multiple options. When you're going to Disneyland we recommend you take the Monorail at entrance of Downtown Disney to avoid the main entrance crowds. You scan your park entrance ticket at the Monorail and it drops you in the park near the Submarine & Autopia rides. The house was very clean and fit our family of 8 (6 adults & 2 kids 5&8). Everyone had their own bedroom and own bathroom. Everything worked great in the kitchen. The kids loved the game room & the pool.Diana the owner was very responsive to questions and requests for things like refilling the BBQ gas tanks. She also controls the heat to the pool to conserve energy and avoid guests leaving the spa on for hours when no one is using the pool area. She is quick to respond when you ask to turn it on, and appreciative when we let her know when we would be gone. You'll have a great time staying at this house.

The listing should take off New build… definitely not new. I would not rent this home again. I left it a lot cleaner than when I arrived. The floors were dirty, the tub was dirty, and the pool was ok, but dirty bandaid on deck and you just feel like you need to clean everything. The dishes in cupboard had food on them. You have to contact owner to turn on and off pool, which is fine, but a little annoying, we didn’t t even use after seeing everything. Owner is very responsive which is a plus, and definitely walkable to Disney. But not worth the money. Not impressed at all, the pics are much better than reality. I took lots of pics, but unable to post.
