Building will have work done between October 19 and December 21, 2026. There will be work completed between 8am and 5pm. Painting and general maintenance.

We have extensively renovated our condo with all tile floors, granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, dining room and living room furniture. A luxurious vacation awaits you!
Your summer/spring vacation or winter retreat will be perfect in this beach front condo with 1 bedroom, built in hall bunks, and 1 1/2 baths. It includes everything you could possibly want in a relaxing and fun-filled Gulf Shores summer vacation or for your winter retreat.
Our fully furnished kitchen includes everything you will need for all your cooking necessities.
This unit is pet friendly for dogs only, however no dogs are allowed on the beach in the city limits. We have a pet fee of $105 for 1 or $175 for 2, or $225 for 3 dogs . No cats allowed.
We have 4 other units in this building and one beach house across from the Gulf State Park if you need additional accommodations.

The host was very good at communicating everything we needed to check in and get settled. The Condo itself was nice and clean but a bit "dated".We did have a beautiful view of the Gulf and was able to just rest and relax and forget about everything else. Exactly the vacation we were planning.

This unit was perfect for our stay! Right on the beach, clean unit with newer appliances, and pet friendly. The host was very responsive to questions and proactively communicative. We had a great trip!
