The host went out of her way to be accommodating. She was warm, welcoming and kind - and for that we are deeply appreciative.The home is adorable, immaculate, well kept, spacious, home-y, and well appointed with everything you’d need. There is plenty of room to spread out and have areas of privacy (a bonus for those who needed to work from home) but also has large, open spaces for everyone to gather together. The back deck was particularly nice (with a grill, lots of seating, and an umbrella) as was the large kitchen/dining room table for meals. The front deck was fabulous as well - a nice place to have coffee and watch deer and/or bunnies hopping across the yard. The beds were very comfortable and the showers had great water pressure.We enjoyed the location and being in a quiet part of the island - the natural beauty and sunsets were spectacular - and renting bikes was a highlight. Having a car is very helpful to get to/from town, to grocery shop, etc, but it can all be done via Ubers as well.We remain very thankful for our time on Nantucket and to Carol for sharing her home and helping to make it all happen- especially on such short notice.Hopefully we will be bACK soon!

We had a lovely week at the property. It was a quiet location with easy access to Tom Never Beach. Nice updated bathrooms!

Whole family really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable, well decorated and tons of amenities. Highly recommend.
