With an open floor plan, the living and dining room flow with convenience and modern furnishings such as a sofa, sitting chair and a pub style dining set. The main level living area extends to a balcony with outdoor seating and dining overlooking the tennis courts and the Sound, and features a sleeper sofa!
The second level offers a master bedroom with a king bed, comfy bedding and a 32 in. Smart TV. A second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed offering modern bedding and TV.
The updated kitchen offers granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. Condo amenities include covered parking and complimentary high speed internet.

We stayed on this unit for 8 days in July - Blue Angels week! We have rented through Paradise Beach Homes and they have always been great to work with. We got a text when our unit was ready for us to check in - several hours before the guaranteed time! The unit is in an ideal location, steps from Gulf, the Sound/Bay and the pool! The unit was clean and everything in good working order, I found the sofa fairly uncomfortable, but we didn't spend much time inside, so it wasn't a problem for us. Even with the high temps, the unit stayed nice and cool throughout the week. We took a Gopher to PegLeg's several times and to Sidelines to watch a World Cup game. Really had a wonderful week and will definitely stay at San DeLuna again and will happily rent through Paradise Beach Homes.
