This comfy cozy nicely appointed home on the BEACH is PET friendly and has an extended patio, fireplace, A/C, full kitchen, separate dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It sleeps 8 as follows:
Master Bedroom - Queen Bed
2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed
Living Room - 2 double futons
With the inner courtyard, shade palapa and large living room area, there is plenty of room for the whole gang.
This is in the popular Las Olas section of Las Conchas. Sit on the patio and watch the kids play on the huge sand bar out front while you sit with your toes in the sand and beer in your hand.

The place is awesome!! Literally steps from the water, we would sit under the shade in the patio and the water was 15 yards away.the house is super cozy, it has AC on every room and a full size kitchen and two futons in the living room.Downtown is 10 minutes away and there are plenty of restaurants and a Walmart 5 minutes away.

very nice place, clean and comfy, everything worked just fine and the palapa out front was perfect for watching beach and ocean. it was everything in the description.

Beautiful location, beautiful beach, clear water. Lots of seabirds, quiet off-peak. The house is in dire need of renovation, the doors don't close properly, and there's no pressure in one of the bathrooms. Perfect for 4 people, but difficult to fit more around the dining table. The futon mattresses could use replacing.
