This 1 bedroom private condominium is great for 2 to 4 visitors. One of the two comfortable sofas in the main room converts to a sleeper. There is a TV, VCR, and DVD player here too. A nice touch is a bathroom which offers a bathtub. With Mexican handcrafts throughout, this unit is a charming place to enjoy a Rocky Point vacation.

Property is good. No complaints about the Resort clean and assistance available. Unit can use some updates to make better but overall very satisfied.

Wonderful location, right on the water/beach. Property was great, condo had everything we needed. Loved the balcony with ocean/beach view.

The room was very clean, the resort was wonderful, beautiful, with very friendly staff, good amenities, the host was very helpful and responsive, and the unit itself was cute, but very minimal. These type of condos are often times very well stocked with non-stick spray, salt, pepper, cooking oil, sugar etc, but this one was not. We could not find any paper/pens/pencils, garbage bags, kitchen towels, dishwasher soap, cleaning supplies or a broom/dustpan. The washing machine was very small and smelled like sewage. The pull out bed had no sheets or blankets, and there were no extra sheets to be found in any of the closets. The King bed was horribly hard and uncomfortable with flat and lumpy pillows. The blinds had some broken slats and no curtains, so the bedroom got very bright as soon as the sun was up. The thermostat shut off at some point in the night, letting it get very hot in the unit and the refrigerator was very loud. The shower curtain did not reach below the lip in the walk in shower so taking a shower absolutely soaked the floor in the bathroom, which is a fall hazard. A bit expensive for such a sparsely stocked place.
