Home was amazing and everything we expected and more. The only negative is you cannot enjoy the outdoor area due to swarms of mosquitos. The kids swam maybe an hour and were eaten up with bites. We went and purchased a hose attachment spray and it didn't phase them. Then we bought several Off Candles to sit around and it may have helped a little but still they were too bad to grill out or just sit by the pool. The host was amazing and respond time was great but we will not be coming back due to this issue especially for the money we paid. No issues with them at the beach so we stayed there most of the time.

The property is pretty much as described. We had 6 Adults and three teens. The issues we had were mostly addressed by the property manager and fixed. They were a broken a/c system in first floor but fixed after 4 days. Ceiling fan on porch had a blade broke off but was fixed after three days. Back door lock was falling apart. Our biggest issue was the mosquitoes! They ate us alive! They seemed to have a resistance to repellent because no what we tried, it did not work. Another issue was the pool slide was not in very good condition.
Also had a broke gate leading into the pool area. Overall we were not so pleased with this house. Hope next time we find something a little bit nicer.
