Weekly rentals: Check-in Friday at 2PM, Check-out Friday at 10AM. 1/3 mile Walk to Beach, Restaurants, Sundae School Ice Cream. 2 BR, Sleeps 4. BR#1 Queen bed, BR#2 Two twin beds. Inside and outside hot shower, screened porch, eat-in kitchen with bar, includes dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, gas stove, refrigerator. Wide pine floors throughout, living area with cathedral ceiling & fan. Rinnai wall heater, cable TV, Wi-Fi, DVD. Large outside yard with picnic table & propane grill. Beach chairs in screen porch. You provide towels & linens. Weekly professional cleaning. Sorry, No Pets & Non-Smoking. Weekly rentals late-June through September.

We loved this property! The hosts were very responsive, friendly & understanding! Only thing i would change is AC working for the living area & kitchen. Other than that this property is a gem!! Would love to rent this again! One other thing, (which doesn’t change our love of this house) the cleaning lady showed up before we even left for Check out (which is 10am). This was a bit awkward for us as we’re were trying to get out of there with 2 young kids. It was 945am and she pulled in behind my car as i was finishing cleaning/sweeping and my husband got the bags of trash out.

We really enjoyed our stay, this beach cottage was a great fit for the 2 of us and we were able to work from home with no issue and access to WiFi. The weather was amazing, a few really warm days and we were thankful for all the fans available since there’s no central air, but overall it was manageable. The cottage is fully stocked with beach supplies, games for a backyard bbq, you name it it’s there and there’s plenty of room for family and kids to run around in the yard. Gar was a great host and very responsive, answering questions and keeping in contact when needed. We enjoyed our stay and will be looking to book again in the future!
