A few pieces of feedback1) The trundle bed is not really useable (in one of the bedrooms) unless you significantly move furniture in that bedroom which then eliminates the abilty to use the closet in that room.2) The host communicated via text A LOT during our stay. For example, there was a forecast for rain one day and she texted me early in the AM with a whole set of instructions for covering the golf cart, battery, etc. It made us nervous to even use it / take it to the beach that day. Just in general, the paperwork instructions were overwhelming/ redundant/ not use friendly and the quantity of text reminders made it feel like a job, not a relaxing experience / vacation. I've never experienced this before with a VRBO rental/ host. 3) I'd encourage the host to provide a place/ zone and/or a minimum door mat run inside the house. It was nearly impossible to keep sand out of the house b/c there was no place for shoes or a place to wipe your feeat (after washing them outside & then walking into the house). Positives: - the location was convenient and allowed you to avoide IOP traffic, close to grocery store & beach. The kids LOVED being so close to the park- It was very nice to have a golf cart included - We appreciated having beach towels available

The property was just as described, perfectly located right next to the park. Which was great for my two young children who enjoyed the playground as well as the basketball, tennis courts and Pickleball courts. The house came with a four person golf cart which made trips to and from the beach as well as two and from the downtown area a breeze. Would highly recommend also checking out the Isle of Palm marina there were some really good food. We also took the golf cart in that direction and had no issues with finding a place to park as well as getting in and out of the marina. but highly recommend this house for a young family or for people who want a quiet location to enjoy Isle Palm

The inside of house was nice. It has been upgraded. The kitchen is nice but not enough room for everyone to sit. Dining table is very small and only seats 4 counter seats 2.
Washer and dryer were a plus and the golf cart was great to have. It’s not a bad walk to beach either (about 3 blocks).
Good water pressure but Tub has no stopper.
One of bunk beds had no ladder so it was hard to get in and out of top bunk for my daughter. Patio furniture was very dirty. And folded up. The front walkway is broken and uneven making it hazardous. Several of us almost face-planted our first day before we knew to be careful walking on it.
