4 bedroom 4 bathroom house that sleeps 10. The main floor consists of the kitchen, living room, dining area, master 1, and master 2. The lower floor has the laundry room, master 3, and bonus room/ bedroom. All master bedrooms have California king beds.
Master 1 has cable TV, Double sinks, walk in closet and double shower heads.
Master 2 has California king bed and the bathroom is shared with the upper level.
Master 3 has California king bed, and double sinks.
The fourth bedroom has 2 bunk beds, rv with cable, couch, and futon
In the garage you will find 10 bicycles ranging in size from adult to small child and second fridge.

The house was in a great location, and the layout was perfect for our group. Bunk room was perfect for kids. The house does need some maintenance including the railings on the front steps and the pony wall in the kitchen area was not sturdy. Garbage cans outside were overflowing on arrival and trash pick up was four days later so had to keep trash in the garage. We had an electrical issue that fortunately happened while we were home - smelled something burning and discovered a scorched lightbulb in the kitchen table fixture. Host was responsive to questions.

Everything in the house was great. The only complaint we had was the creaky floors. Anyone sleeping downstairs was woken up by the walking upstairs. It appears the planks are relatively new upstairs and the subfloor could have used a few nails in them before adding the planks. Kitchen has plenty of cookware for cooking and dining. We enjoyed our time there.

House was very un maintained no pride of ownership dirty dishes dirty under couches 2 beds are literally particle board frames falling apart deck is filthy with debris all over steps to hot tub broke none of the 8 bikes are usable bbq is a joke with a Webber cover misleading you nothing to clean bbq with this house needs a lot of maintenance squeaky floors are unbelievable non working fridge in garage piles of wire in front yard big down trees in front yard garbage debris old siding under deck lights not working by the bbq so can’t see anything at night old hoses laying around outside very small tv in living room way better houses for the money this one is a rip off the owners should be embarrassed take some pride in your overpriced rental so guests can have a good experience in Sunriver and want to come back
