About this apartment rental
Tucked behind Main Street, this light-filled and beautifully furnished end unit condo is walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and less than 2 blocks from Hyannis harbor with the artist shanties and ocean view restaurants. Veteran's Beach is less than a mile away and the Beach Pass which is included with the condo allows you to visit all beaches in the Town of Barnstable (6 villages including Hyannis= many, many choice beaches!) The property is located in the historic area of Hyannis known as Sea Captain's Row.
Main bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has 2 twin beds, there is also a sleeper couch. 4-6 guests can comfortably stay here. There is a television with cable tv. WIFI is now included!
A library of books is available to guests. There is a full eat-in kitchen.
Off Street parking for 2 cars.
Sorry no pets and no smoking.

Janis was a fantastic host! The location was great for walking to the port to get on ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. Close walking to downtown for shopping and restaurants. It was nice to have the bath and 1/2 so both of us had facilities to use at the same time. I would definitely stay there again if we ever do go back to visit the Cape. Great proximity to other towns and beaches. The included beach pass was a real money saver!! Don't hesitate to book with Janis if the occasion arises!

This property is really well placed for travelling round the Cape Cod area and is really well situated for shops and restaurants. The ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket are a short walk from the property meaning you don't need to worry about parking at the ferry terminal. Jan is a brilliant host. Communication with him was first class and it is clear that he will go out of his way to accommodate your reasonable wishes. 1 star deducted from price of accommodation...not because of Jan but because of city/state taxes! I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Jan as a host and have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending his property as a place to stay.
