One and a half hours from Boston, HYANNIS is the most active part of the Cape. Plenty to do, rain or shine! Mostly shine!

Walk to restaurants, ,( (or cook out in the yard), Ben and Jerry's, boutiques, museums, and the Cape Cod Railroad. It's all in Hyannis. Drive to the movies, mall, miniature golf and golf. Walk one mile to Kennedy Complex and Tour the Cape Cod Potato Chip Factory.
Walk eight blocks to the Hyannis Harbor for Nantucket and Martha Vineyard ferries, or go out on a fishing boat, whale watch, or Pirate Ship. All that AND THE BEACH, Keyes Beach, is just two blocks away. Warmest water on the Cape.
This home is just 2 blocks to Keyes Beach and ten blocks to Kalmus Beach which is famous for windsurfing. Beach chairs, beach toys, and beach towels and beach pass to 11 beaches are all there. High chair, crib, porta-crib, and wagon for two. Pool table converts to air hockey and ping pong. Games, books, toys, and videos for the kids and grown-ups. Pets NOT allowed, No Smoking. Cleaners come on Saturday. (included in the price.)

Stayed with extended family, all empty nesters working on retirement. Great house as we all had our own rooms. House was very clean & beautiful artwork though out. Don’t worry if you forget anything, they have it here! Perfectly located for the beach, restaurants & the port. We didn’t have any children with us, but a great place for them too if we did. Lots to do on the property for all ages.

This is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy Cape Cod. 10 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute drive to the Hy-Line Cruises dock, 5 minute drive to Main Street Hyannis. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood. All the amenities you could want. Basement full of beach gear and wagons to haul it. Would definitely come back.

Wow what an amazing home! Absolutly everything our family with young children needed while on a beach vacation. Homw was equipped with everything we needed to cook and clean with. Loved all the toys inside and out for the kids to play with. Us grown ups enjoyed the large living room with table to play all the fun board games and card games(that were already there!) Just a quick walk to beach and a lovely neighborhood to walk around in stroller(...again that was provided!) Our family enjoyed this home so much we plan on booking for next year.

This house is charming and Joanne, the owner, is so hospitable. She literally thought of everything. We felt so welcomed and right at home. The children had everything imaginable to do and to play. They spent every evening outside playing badminton or in the basement shooting pool. The beach is just a short walk away and the house had everything we needed for our family of 8, from comfy chairs to coolers and beach wagons, to sand toys for our little one. The house was a little snug, especially around mealtime, but, we ate outdoors at the large picnic table and chairs on the patio. We had a lovely stay.
