The staff at the hotel were all exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was disappointing; all of the hot foods were gone, and had not been replenished. There were only a few options available (e.g. cereal, or toast).

Clean
Spacious room
There is inadequate lighting by the full length mirror.
The mattress was very saggy and not firm, especially on the right side of the bed.
Water from the ADA shower went all over the bathroom without any means to clean it up except the towels which didn't adequately dry by the next day.
The air/fan did not seem to work as intended using g the wall control.
Requested resupply of coffee and condiments several times.

Comfortable room. Close to where my doctor appointment was.
Breakfast was cold and tasteless. Pizza the night before not good.

The location was phenomenal. Easy access to everything.
The room was minimally cleaned. Turned down beds, vacuumed floors, but walls, mirrors, and any hard surface was obviously untouched. Water stains in the corner of the room and bathroom as well. The AC also did not work as well as expected. It was a long, hot night for us.
