The place was an Inn that resembled a Bed and Breakfast. It was fairly newly renovated and was most pleasing. The room, bed and pillows were very comfortable. No sound issues. Breakfast provided was very good. The host was very pleasant and helpful.

A beautiful property with sweeping views and delightful people to welcome you home after a long day of hiking. The breakfast and other amenities, including a hot tub were superb.

Great location right outside the park with a beautiful view from the backyard chairs. Contactless checkin/checkout.
The bathroom sink was clogged. Only two choices for breakfast. The wife thought things could have been a bit cleaner.

Great location close to Capitol Reef National Park with a good view. Quiet. Nice hot tub. Good breakfast. Friendly cats outside.
