Its a nice place, very clean and comfortable. Everyone was nice. Really no complaints. I would definitely stay here again with my family.
The bath tub in our room was a little rusty in a couple of small spots, but thats nitpicking. Other than that the room was nice. Also we didnt have any handsoap in our bathroom, and i dont like using refilled bottles because you just never know what people before have done to them. But for that reason we always bring our own stuff to use. So really its just a matter of preference for me. Everything was nice. I really have no major complaints at all.

The location was nice. I liked the outdoor seating area, but they could have more. The bed was comfortable. Everything in the room worked. Water pressure/temperature was good — no complaints there.
It wasn’t dirty, but it could’ve been cleaner. The complimentary water decanter in the lobby needed cleaning; some black material (presumably mold) fell out into a family member’s glass. There were some places on vertical surfaces in the hotel room that were missed when cleaned. The worst experience was on the last morning there. So, it’s the day we’re checking out, and I have a “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door. Staff knocks on my door several hours before checkout. I was still asleep!! I come to the door to find they’re there to change out the telephone. Couldn’t that have waited until I checked out??? And why are they banging on my door when I have the “Do Not Disturb” sign up??!!?? That was quite annoying. The pool didn’t look too inviting — needs to be cleaned better.
