Close to Disney, pretty, clean
I left something in frig. Went back to room 15 minutes later and the room hasn’t been cleaned but the bottle was gone

Beautiful property. The service staff were exceptional, especially housekeeping.
We were not made aware (in advance or at checkin) about construction in the unit directly above us from 9 am until 6 pm daily. We’re talking impact drills and power saws. We were told (after two days of settling in) that we could be moved but we had completely unpacked, brought in groceries and made the room our own. It was simply too late. We were never offered any other assistance or true understanding beyond “you can move”. This is supposedly a high end property and feel like we deserved better.

Very close to Disneyland, beautiful staff and hotel looks & feels luxurious from the minute you walk in. Heavenly beds are definitely heavenly!

It was a better price point than the Disney hotels but feel you paid for it in other ways here it wasn’t what I expected of a Westin
Breakfast for hotel guests was a min 30 min wait after a long line to be told that’s which with kids is frustrating, then the cafe option was another long wait. Never had to line up for breakfast for so long as a hotel I’m staying at.
No concerts to help us with luggage stroller etc with 2 kids after an international flight. No one came to the uber, we managed it all ourselves .
Questions were never answered via booking.com messages.
Hotel shower water temp couldn’t be controlled if was either boiling hot or cold. Which with children again is very difficult.
Room looked out at a concrete wall.
Just overall very disappointing and wish we had paid the extra for the Disney hotels
