Good, but it could be better

Yeah, but it’s a little old.

The hotel itself doesn’t have a front desk; you have to cross the street to the “sister hotel” for assistance. The common areas were neglected, and there was a lot of snow on the ground, which made it difficult to get around the hotel. No tv, no phone. Wifi good.

we actually didn't stay. I complained to management and a room was found for us in another hotel.

was very disappointed - there was nothing to like

stairs and entrance were not clean. the room was so small you couldn't swing a cat! there was no TV

Room was ready before check in time. Appliances worked good. There was a welcome message with a tea party and cake.

The floor above squeaked all hours of the night from the guests right above us.
