The hotel is very well located at the heart of Coconut Grove. As far as amenities go, there is a pool and for a Resort fee (that was already included in my booking) you get access to hotel bikes, coach services on a 10 or 20 mile radius and a 15USD allowance per room per day to be spent anywhere in the hotel.
The hotel facilities are not the greatest, our room was a balcony room in the 1st floor and it was at the same level as the garage's roof, so it felt a lot like a budget room with no view, when it was a room that was actually more expensive then there standard room. The room was also on the smaller side and the bathroom was tiny.

overall experience was good, i like the hotel, the bar and dining area with the pool table was nice, the staff was nice
the lighting in the room was terrible, especially in the bathroom, but in the room as a whole as well, it was way too dark for comfort which is why I rated things the way I did.

Breakfast option was very limited. Since I paid for it I assumed it would be more. So was the room. Very pricey for the minimalism provided. Overall, expectation was high because of price, and wasn’t met.

Easy walk to coconut grove area, with CVS and Fresh Market across the street. Plenty of restaurant choices also.
Balcony was nice.
Pool was nice and deep, but majority of it in shade after a certain time of day. If you want to tan, may not be your top choice.
Ice water kept filled and available at front desk, nice to fill up water bottles in Miami heat.
Forced valet parking, plus an amenity fee, causing stay to be almost $80 more a day.
$30 fee for on site Tesla shuttle, within 2 mile dropoff… and forced $15 to spend at food/bar, so basically one drink with the forced 18% tip added on.
Closet was useless, as 3/4 of the hang bar was blocked by a wall. Made it difficult to hang clothes.
Door for bathroom does not provide total privacy… like a barn slide door that you still have a crack in when closed. Shower was also sliding, which causes water to drip out onto floor under the sliding door.
Also, there was no vent fan in the bathroom and the sink is very small.
