Nestled on a level, beautifully landscaped and flowered lot atop a mountain ridge, our home offers stunning panoramic views, peaceful seclusion, and access to an array of community amenities. Guests enjoy a private rental of the spacious downstairs level of our house, while the upstairs is reserved for occasional owner use and accessed separately, ensuring complete privacy.

Overall, the experience was good. The home was clean and had all the basics you need for a stay. The WiFi and password did not work based on what was given and written in the book (which had a different password) had to connect to the fernhill hill WiFi in order to have WiFi. The Directv did not work.no signal so had to use the WIFI to stream if we wanted to watch tv. The listing says pet friendly, but when you arrive, they want the dogs outside in a cage on the porch.There is only one bathroom. The listing also mentions you can get kayaks at the club house however the clubhouse says they do not have any and only ones there have to be the home owners. The instructions say the trash runs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and we had placed where was instructed but was never picked up.My sons asthma acted up and we believe it was from all the dust in the blinds and lamp shades as they were thick in dust or possibly from the winDow unit air conditioners. There were 2 dehumidifiers
