We were very impressed by the property it was exactly as advertised. Excellent location with a balcony the view could not have been better. And the golf cart was a great perk. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the dishes we needed. Upon arrival we had questions about the golf cart the property manager replied immediately and answered all our questions.

We had a wonderful time staying in Catalina and booked this condo as a last minute get away. The view is gorgeous, the condo is a bit dated and the main bedroom be could use to be updated as it feels like it has never been flipped (caved in the middle). We had initial issues with the golf cart, which was very old, but the maintenance team was quick to provide us with another cart the next day. Overall you can't beat the location and view, but we felt the price was very high relative to the condition of the condo.

This property was fine. Beautiful view. Promoted fireplace but there was no wood to use it. The golf cart was old, ripped up and not even usable for my 88 year old mom. It actually was scary to drive. The check in and check out process was great! The jacuzzi was advertised but host never told us it was closed due to an accident. This was an important feature for our stay. For the price, I would not return or advise to anyone interested.
