There is on-site parking for three vehicles, equipped with a charging station for electric cars.
Pets are welcome: Up to three dogs are permitted, with access to a fully enclosed private garden area and a small, dedicated cooling pool for them to enjoy.

A flexible layout tailored to your needs:
Option 1 (accommodating up to 10 guests – 189 m²): This option includes the main villa and the annexe facing the pool. You will have access to 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, two spacious living areas, an open-plan kitchen (equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, and large-capacity refrigeration), a mezzanine, a secondary fully equipped kitchen (with a washing machine, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer), an entrance hall, and a utility/laundry room (featuring a washing machine and a large chest freezer). If needed, the annex includes a small bedroom called “Citrons” (“Lemons”), featuring two 80x190 cm bunk beds.

Option 2 (available for an additional charge for 11 or 12 guests) includes the studio—bringing the total space to 223 m². This option offers everything mentioned above, plus a 34 m² independent, air-conditioned studio. It consists of a large room with a kitchenette, a fold-down bed (160x200 cm), a mezzanine, a shower room with a toilet, and a washing machine.

The rate is based on a group of 10 people. However, if you would like to book all 3 accommodation units—including the studio (Option 2)—for 11 or 12 guests, please contact us so that we can provide you with a quote covering the villa, the annex, and the studio.

Location and Surroundings:
The villa is ideally situated for exploring the region—nestled between the fine sandy beaches of Argelès-sur-Mer and the rugged, natural beauty of the Côte Vermeille.
The village is within walking distance and offers a mini-market, pharmacy, medical practice, post office, local producers, and a weekly market every Thursday.

Nearby, you will find hiking trails, a lake, a treetop adventure park, swings, and pétanque courts. An Intermarché supermarket is 5 km away, with larger hypermarkets located 6.7 km away.

Your hosts, Laurence and Olivier, are very discreet and reside in a separate outbuilding with its own private entrance and garden. The only shared space is the driveway providing access to the various units.
