Beautiful view of the Appalachian mountains, large yard with fire pit, full length front porch, back deck and huge pavilion for parking or picnics. Family and Pet friendly with fenced side yard. Great location for Penn State football games and other events, business trips, family vacations and fly fishing.
The house offers plenty of space to eat, sleep and relax. Full kitchen with large fridge, microwave, propane stove, electric oven, great water (No sulfur), two full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, living room with couch and Dish Tv.
Master Bedroom and second bedroom each offer queen beds
Third Bedroom offers 1 futon/double and 2 twin beds.
A Rollaway bed is also available
Comfortably Sleeps 8-10
The house has no carpet so feel free to bring Pets! We also have a large fenced yard to accommodate dogs.

Great place to stay with pets if going to raystown lake!

Really nice and spacious well furnished home. My 26 year old granddaughter is in a wheel chair and we had no access issues. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch and although we didn't use it, they have a really nice back deck off the dining room. We lost internet the last two days as part of the change over to Kinetic fiber to the home internet service. Future guests will enjoy high speed internet from this upgrade. This would be a great place for a group fishing trip. The river near the house is famous for trout fishing.The Spruce Creek Tavern was only a mile away and had great food.

Our family spent the weekend here and loved it. The home is very comfortable and much larger than the pictures show. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals and the dining room table sat 8 of us and 2 at the small counter. We spent lots of time on the outdoor deck and the dogs were safe in the fenced side yard. Very pleased with the whole place.
