Welcome to your coastal getaway in Seabluffe, a beautiful gated-community in Leucadia. With ocean-view benches nearby, spacious greenbelts, blufftop lawns overlooking the Pacific, and plenty to enjoy within the community, this three-bedroom home is an easy place to settle in and enjoy the Southern California coast.
THE HOME
The home comfortably sleeps six and offers plenty of room for families or friends traveling together.
Upstairs, the private primary suite includes a California king bed, remodeled bathroom, walk-in closet/small office area. Downstairs, one guest room has a queen bed, while the second has a twin daybed with a twin trundle.
The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook at home, and the dining room seats eight. After a day outside, relax in the living room or head out to the deck for a meal, BBQ, a glass of wine, or a quiet evening.
Wi-Fi and Roku/Google TV are available in the living room, primary bedroom, and queen guest room.
THE SEABLUFFE COMMUNITY
One of our favorite things about staying here is the setting itself. Seabluffe stretches across 50 beautifully landscaped acres with mature trees, flowers, wide greenbelts, and grassy blufftop areas overlooking the Pacific.
Bring your morning coffee to the bluff, watch the sun set over the ocean, or simply enjoy beautiful outdoor space just steps from the home.
Guests also have access to:
• Two community pools, including one heated year-round
• Jacuzzi
• Lighted tennis and pickleball courts
• Basketball
• Children's play area
• Spacious lawns and greenbelts
• Blufftop areas with beautiful Pacific Ocean views
A NOTE ABOUT BEACH ACCESS
Seabluffe's private stairway to the beach was damaged during an El Niño storm and is currently closed and unavailable for use.
While direct beach access from the community is not available at this time, there are public beaches nearby, just North and South of SeaBluffe: including Grandview Surf Beach and South Ponto Beach (South Carlsbad State Beach). We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach towels, buckets and shovels, and coolers so you can pack up and enjoy a day by the water.
EXPLORE ENCINITAS & NORTH COUNTY
The home is conveniently located for exploring Leucadia, Encinitas, Carlsbad, and the rest of North County San Diego. Spend the day at the beach, outlet stores, Flower gardens, discover local restaurants and coffee shops, or venture to LEGOLAND, the San Diego Zoo, Safari Park, La Costa, Torrey Pines, Seaport Village, La Jolla, and other San Diego favorites.
Or don't go anywhere at all: Enjoy a slow morning on the deck, wander through the greenbelts, take a swim, play a round of pickleball, and end the day watching the sun disappear over the Pacific from the bluff.

Great house with pool and beach access. Everything we needed was there including shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher tablets, etc. Check-in and check-out were as easy as possible and communication was great. Good value all around.

Overall nice property with all the equitment you could ask for.A little bit to much of private clothes and other stoff everywhere. Even some syringe stuff in a drawer.Very nice neighborhood, lovley beach and restaurants nearby.
