The location was great, walking distance from town and beach, around 10 minutes, no curfew given own key for front door, the guest house has its own private car park for patrons use only, excellent staff, friendly service, polite and welcoming, good hearty breakfast, with, more provided if required, such as more toast, and drinks. Facilities provided if you want to eat takeout, eg plates cutlery and microwave, only rule is eat in the breakfast room, and no takeout food to to taken to bedroom, which is a good thing,
My only criticism is very small, the bacon at breakfast was well done, and I prefer mine to be softer, but I appreciate lots of people prefer bacon to be on the crispy side, I think a choice would be welcomed.

Exceptionally amazing hosts - they deserve every accolade mentioned by previous guests. Nothing was too much trouble and I was made to feel super welcome.
