This is my 3rd stay here and I already booked for next year before checking out! I love the location, the security of the complex and the ability to have it be my home away from home while in Pinetop. The Cruz family have been great hosts with quick communication and help with issues that might arise (nothing major- lost keys my 1st year and an HOA miscommunication this year. Looking forward to my stay October 2027!
The Keurig crapped out the second morning but there was a back up coffee maker in the cupboard that saved the day!

Location was convenient. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. It was decorated very nice with a cabin vibe. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook a nice dinner, although we didn’t this trip. Host also provided some local recommendations which was nice.
Would love to bring my small dog.

Everything was good and location very close to restaurants. Quiet and relaxing community!! Host were very polite!
There were a couple of concerns that could be addressed. 1. wood decking outside needs screws and nails to be reset or replace wood. 2. Back yard furniture had spider's and webs on them. 3. Found huge spider last night on bathroom ceiling. House and yard need insect attention. Other than those minor situations it was wonderful. We will be back.
