The room was incredibly clean and tidy and the housekeeping staff were all really nice all bar staff were lovely and the facilities were amazing the pool was brilliant and the little shop had everything you could need
The breakfast buffet was amazing and had so much variety
We also had the dinner buffet and that was incredible too the amount of variety they had.
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking to book again in the next year or so.
Also, massive shoutout to our little four legged friend that we met Biggy! We will come back just to see him honestly!
The pool was slightly cold when we got in but once you are in you warm up no problem.
The only thing I would say is you could have one day free full access of the spa included in the price of the room
But honestly that’s just me being picky because the whole experience was incredible and we will be back very soon.
And we said that when we come back we will request the same room as the rooms on the other side of the swim up didn’t get as much sun but we were so happy where we were.

Property was amazing with the staff being hands on every minute not letting anyone waiting for nothing. Food was amazing every meal we had there and also the reception staff were great and also helped us with taxis and days out! Cannot recommend enough!
Nothing.

Gorgeous swim up rooms. Clean and modern decor. Food choices were tasty and fresh. All areas of the hotel were clean. Even though the hotel was full, nowhere felt too busy.

The food was great and offered plenty of delicious options during our stay. We also really loved the hotel's location, as it is conveniently close to the marina. Overall, most of the staff members were super kind and welcoming.
The outdoor pool water was completely freezing, making it impossible to swim, and the staff member we asked was rude when we requested warmer water or access to the indoor pool. Additionally, it was disappointing that the snooker (pool) game wasn't free, which is unexpected for an all-inclusive hotel. Finally, while the location is great for the marina, it is quite far from the old town.
