About this house rental
Set on an 11-hectare property high in the hills, with views of the Luberon Mountains, come and enjoy the serenity of this place. Let the song of the cicadas lull you to sleep while you enjoy our spacious pool area.
This brand-new apartment (2011) is fully equipped. It’s attached to the owners’ home yet completely independent, featuring a cozy terrace and a small grassy area. Inside, you’ll find a large, fully equipped kitchen with a sitting area where you can unwind and relax on a sofa bed. You’ll also have a separate bedroom and a loft with a mattress
Just a 2-minute walk away, you’ll have access to the large, shaded, and secure pool area at Le Hameau (14m by 7m, with a small children’s pool), open from June 15 to September 15. There are endless opportunities to explore the surrounding area on foot or by bike, along a canal or through the Mediterranean forest. Olive trees—whose delicious oil we enjoy every year—as well as cypresses, pines, and acacias will fill the air with invigorating scents.
From the Avignon Festival, famous for its theater, dance, and other performances, to Provençal villages like Gordes, Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, and L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, you’ll have plenty of options to explore our beautiful region.
From the most famous villages to the smaller ones with less touristy charm and fewer visitors, Provence and the Luberon await you. You’ll also find unique activities, such as canoeing or kayaking down the Sorgue River, where you’ll find yourself immersed in nature that’s still somewhat untamed. The Mediterranean Sea, just 100 km away, also beckons with the chance to explore the Camargue. Numerous Provençal markets take place almost every day of the week, offering a wide variety of goods. And, quite simply, you can enjoy the good life here!

Von der Unterkunft aus gibt es sehr viele tolle Plätze, die besichtigt werden können. Eine Fahraddtour entlang des Canal de Carpentras lohnt sich zum Beispiel auf jeden Fall. Und als wir dann von unseren Unternehmungen zurückkamen freuten wir uns auf den Pool. In der Hitze des 2020er Sommers war es herrlich, dort im Schatten der alten Bäume auf der gepflegten Wiese zu entspannen. Obwohl auch (wenige) andere Gäste und natürlich die Bewohner den Pool genutzt haben, war es ein sehr angenehmes und respektvolles Miteinander. Die Kommunikation mit unseren Gastgebern war unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir können die Unterkunft ruhigen Gewissens weiter empfehlen.
