This properties pictures do not due it justice for the beauty and serenity if provides. It was very clean, very authentic - the grounds are immaculate. Host/hostess are most wonderful, accommodating and highly communicative. Sacrafano is a lovely break from the busy adventures of Rome.

Very good experience staying at this place during our visit to Rome. As a family of 6, we needed parking and a quiet spot away from the urban bustle — and this delivered exactly that. The location felt safe, the place was clean, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. A peaceful, restful base after busy days exploring the city, yet still within easy reach of everything. Highly recommend for a larger family, and we’d happily return.

Amazing Stay with a View Over the Rooftops of RomeWe had a wonderful stay at this beautiful holiday home! Everything was just perfect. The house was very well equipped, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing time. The location was absolutely stunning — situated above the rooftops of Rome, it offered breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere, yet was still close enough to explore the city and the wonderful surounding area easily. Our host Gherardo was incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help and made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the pool, which was perfect for the kids to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a special getaway in Rome.If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with an amazing view, great comfort, and a warm host — this is the place to be!

When we arrived we had nothing to drink
And nothing to eat ! It would of been nice if the owner could of left us some tea or basic water! But no ! I did text the owner to say we will arrive late ! But no answer,
I was also disappointed in the description of the villa I thought the whole of the villa was our use but the owner lives on the first floor and you get the ground floor ! She has 4 dogs that bark and wake you up in the morning
We stayed for 7 nights and had the same sheets on all week and our towels were not changed all week! Which was bad the pool was stone cold but I think it was that time of year the pool is cold
The owner did try to communicate thou her English is limited the only
Good point about the owner the following morning she did take me in to the supermarket and show me the train to travel to Rome
