About this house rental
'The Beach House' at Carillon Beach is located on a beautiful white sandy beach catering to families. Walk down the private walkover to the beach. This home includes living room and dining area, three large bedrooms with queen-sized beds with bathrooms and a den with a queen-sized bed and bathroom. We have Wifi and 2 Flat Screen HD TV's. All in an immaculate setting.
Carillon Beach is an upscale gated community on the Gulf of Mexico. The complex contains free standing homes surrounded by three swimming pools, two tennis courts, basketball court, children's playground and picnic area. Coffee shop, ice cream, yoga studio, paddle board shop, fitness center, restaurant and general store offering bicycles, paddle boards and surfboards for rent two walking blocks from The Beach House.
The Beach House offers a family dream vacation in an immaculate dream house on the beach with magnificent views of the Gulf from the living room area and large master bedroom - two bedrooms overlook Lake Carillon. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from two beachfront decks. Another main attraction is searching for crabs on the shore at night with the kids and flashlights.
Private walkover to the beach. Rental includes a double lounge chair and an umbrella set up. One of the three swimming pools is on the Gulf three houses away. Two other pools are heated in the off season.
Amenities: Wifi, fireplace (for chilly early spring and late falls), A/C, cable TV, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/ice maker, cooking utensils, linens (crib linens not included), washer and dryer, beach towels, gas grill, and full gourmet kitchen.
Pets not allowed.

Carillon charges a $42 fee per vehicle/per week payable to Carillon when you register your vehicle(s).

Beautiful beachfront home perfectly located near the main beachfront pool so you get the best of both experiences. Owner was super responsive, house is well stocked and it helped make our extended family getaway wonderful. I would definitely stay there again.

The Beach House was perfect for us! Steps from the beach, two houses from one of the pools, and a very short walk to the shopping, pizza, and ice cream at Carillon! The house was stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware, towels, beach towels, and other amenities. I did not have any reason to contact the host once we arrived, but they did respond right away with any questions I had before we arrived. The den area was great for the teenage boys to have their own space and bathroom. The two masters upstairs were great since we had two adult couples. Having 4 full bathrooms really helped us all in being able to shower and get ready without taking forever. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This was our second sty at The Beach House and it was even better than our first! This time we had our adult kids and two going grand sons. It was a pure joy to play on the beach with the three year old. We enjoyed running around chasing crabs after dark. The house itself is perfect for a family. They have everything you need. Pat was wonderful to work with. We hope to come back soon, as our 3 year old grand son thinks it is his beach house!

The location is second to none! You are right on the beach! However, the home is very outdated. There are definitely not enough bath towels or kitchen towels. If you bring a large family, you will be washing everyday. The kitchen could definitely use a “restock” party! We cooked in and struggled to find what we needed. And rooms are all queen beds. King beds would be such an improvement. Although we knew bed size when we booked. I feel like this home is being rented, but no one is keeping up with what really needs improved.
