A fully equipped apartment with a panoramic view in Serre Chevalier 1400 (Hautes-Alpes, 110 km from Grenoble), for 2 or 3 people, located across from the climbing rock, 100 "real" meters from the ski lifts (gondola and chairlift), 200 meters from the cross-country ski trails, and 50 meters from numerous shops: tourist office, ski school, guide office, convenience store, deli, bakery, sports store with equipment rental, movie theater, bank, laundromat, linen rental, pharmacy, doctors....
Just a short walk away, you’ll find a municipal swimming pool, an ice rink, an ice-driving course, an equestrian center, and a fitness center
. In the evening, depending on snow conditions, you can ski right back to the lift!!!
In the summer, you’ll discover a wide range of activities: just 200 m away is Lake Pontillas, where you can swim, go canoeing, play mini-golf, and access whitewater sports (canyoning, rafting, airboat rides); there’s also a swimming pool and a go-kart track.

nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le propriétaire est facilement joignable et se rend disponible si nécessaire. Agréable séjour dans la région et dans le logement.

Petit appartement bien placé. Vue sympa sur le centre animé de Serre Chevalier 1400. Très proche des pistes et commerces. Loueur très sympa et arrangeant. Grand parking éclairé. Déchargement au pide de l'ascenceur.
