About this house rental
Spacious 2-bedroom plus loft, 3-bath townhome located in the heart of Mammoth Lakes, on the Red Line shuttle and near Sierra Star Golf Course. Sleeps up to 8 guests and is pet friendly.
Enter on the ground floor, where you'll find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bath, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and adjacent full bath.
The second floor includes the main living space with an open floor plan, featuring comfortable couches (no sleeper sofa), a pellet stove with pellets provided, and access to a deck overlooking the golf course. The dining area seats 8, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. A third full bathroom is also located on this floor.
The third-floor loft has 2 sets of bunk beds (each with a twin on top and a full on the bottom), making it a perfect space for kids or groups.
Additional amenities include a washer/dryer in the unit, high-speed wireless internet, 4 TVs including a large flat-screen in the living room, and some golf course views. The property is approximately 1,401 sq. ft. Guests also have access to two outdoor parking spaces (not assigned), as well as community recreation amenities including a spa and seasonal/summer swimming pool.
Complimentary internet and cable TV are provided; however, no refunds are offered for connectivity issues.

We had a wonderful stay at The Woodlands townhouse in Mammoth Lakes! The location was one of our favorite things about this property. Nestled among beautiful mature trees and backing up to the golf course, it offered a peaceful, quiet setting that was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We especially enjoyed sitting outside and taking in the tranquil surroundings.The townhouse itself was spacious, comfortable, and well laid out. With two generously sized bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a loft, it easily accommodated our group of five without ever feeling crowded. Having multiple bathrooms made getting ready in the mornings quick and convenient, and the loft provided extra space for relaxing or sleeping.Another huge advantage was the location. We were able to walk to restaurants, the grocery store, coffee shops, and other local conveniences, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was wonderful to park the car and simply stroll around town whenever we wanted.Overall, this townhouse was the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and a peaceful mountain setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return the next time we visit Mammoth Lakes. Highly recommended!

Extra bedroom very dark
Windows very dirty and couldn’t clean them
It was too bad because it had a really nice view

The property manager is very responsive and the unit is efficient for a ski weekend. However, the unit is pretty rundown with lots of deferred maintenance. It was clean but not clean like youd expect from a hotel or from a VRBO property.
