About this villa rental
Small 53-square-meter villa on a 450-square-meter fenced lot. Located 300 meters from a calanque and a small family-friendly beach (see photo).
Parking is available on a gravel area within the property, plus a locked garage (for small or medium-sized cars).
- A terrace allows you to enjoy meals outdoors or relax on lounge chairs, either in the sun or in the soft shade of an umbrella pine.
- Pleasant garden with Mediterranean vegetation: cork oak, olive tree, arbutus...
- A security deposit of €300 is required. It will be refunded within 15 days of departure, provided no damage has been reported.
- Cleaning is included in the rental price.
- A tourist tax is charged for each adult (over 18 years old). This tax is remitted to the Roquebrune-sur-Argens City Hall (to which Les Issambres belongs). This tourist tax is automatically deducted by Vrbo for guests booking through Vrbo.
- Electricity usage is included in the rental price, but if it exceeds normal levels (for example, due to the use of an electric vehicle), the amount of the refundable security deposit will be adjusted accordingly.

Boulevard Sun-Beach is not a boulevard, but a cul-de-sac, so there is very little traffic (the top of the cul-de-sac leads to a short pedestrian path that connects to the “Train des Pignes” road for walks up the hill or to San Peïre). The villa is located about 250 meters from the D559 (at the bottom of Sun-Beach Boulevard), with an underpass providing direct walking access to the small cove. The nearest access to the sea is therefore about 300 meters from the villa. Other nearby coves are also accessible on foot.
The small beach is flanked on either side by rocks from which you can see, on one side, the Gulf of St. Tropez with St. Tropez on the horizon, and on the other side, the gulf where you can see St. Raphaël and Fréjus on the horizon, with behind them: the Pre-Alps (snow-capped in the off-season).

Equipement complet " Intérieur extérieur ", bonne literie, climatisation appréciable. Plage la plus proche pas très propice à la baignade " rochers" , l'entrée des voitures "caniveaux très dangereux" voitures basses, nous avons accrochés nos voitures.

Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour aux Issambres autant pour l'endroit que pour la location. celle-ci était complète, fonctionnelle et possédant un joli jardin ombragé, située dans une rue très calme et peu fréquentée. Seul petit défaut (car il en faut bien un) la maison n'est pas climatisée.
