15 Conant Street Unit #1; First Floor of a house. Currently set up to be a Saturday to Saturday rental (one or more weeks) in season. 3 night minimum except July/Aug. All 3 BR's have queen size beds; Central A/C; outdoor patio & grill; Two brand new bathrooms: one with double vanity; radiant flooring; new tub with pulsating shower grad & handheld; lighted medicine cabinets. Second bath has full shower; radiant flooring; lighted medicine cabinet; beach chairs & towels provided; dining for 6; expanded cable, HDTV/internet/dvd; new stainless kitchen appliances including full size refrigerator; mircrowave; dishwasher and disposal; dedicated parking provided for one car; across the street from Mussel Beach gym, up the street from the Boatslip, Monkey Bar , Joon Bar, Liz's Cafe and easy walk to The Red Inn. Convenient bicycle rentals are just around the corner. Want to cook in the newly updated kitchen? You can walk to the nearby Stop n Shop supermarket or the fish market at Macs on Shankpainter Rd. In P'town, location is everything unless you plan on biking everywhere. The location is amazing. The host was very communicative before, during and after our stay. I also want to point out the tasteful decor of the house. I have encountered several other houses in P'town with dated or tacky furnishings and so this was a really nice surprise. As people who cook, we appreciated the well-stocked kitchen with all the tools we would need. One observation about the size of the unit: we were six guys staying and the space felt slightly small for our group. I would book again in a heartbeat if there were 4 people using the common spaces, bathrooms, etc. but of course this could be different for another group of related family members.

Spacious condo, well appointed decor. Ample bathroom space, towels, etc. Newer appliances. Superior location. 2 blocks from T Dance at Boatslip and only 1 block from Liz’s Cafe. Great host, off street parking a plus!

Just stayed here for a week and it was perfect. Excellent location, just a few minutes from commercial street. Great accommodations. We had five people and everyone slept comfortably. We cooked in the very well stocked kitchen one night and they had everything we needed, including a grill and beautiful patio to eat on. Additionally, there is a washer, dryer and two full bathrooms that had everything we needed. We visit Provincetown every year and this has been one of the best places we've stayed. We would happily stay here again.

Beautiful condo that accommodated three of us with plenty of room to move. Great location, just off of Commercial St., in the West End. Beds were super comfortable and location was quiet. Fully stocked kitchen and a nice little patio area with a retractable awning to shelter from sun.A great spot to hang our hats at the end of the day.
