Location, albeit a bit strange (entrance is smack in the middle of the shopping mall). It is a bit of challenge to find the entrance amongst mall shops. However, provides direct access to the Main train station, tram hub and just a short walk to the Old town. Comfortable and clean room.
Breakfast is too basic even for someone who doesn't have high standards for the morning meal. Not bad just not on higher average level. A/C stopped working at some point making horrible growling noise but was rather quickly fixed ny hotel staff. Apparently it is not uncommon occurrence.

The location to the city and train station was the optimal.
The breakfast felt like a chaotic cafeteria. The food quality was marginal.
