The location was exceptional. Loved the smell of the lobby, great coffee available any time. Very nice staff. Super comfy bed and we had a private terrace so the room was so spacious and the private deck was great.
Room had a moldy scent

Location was excellent, the room size was generous, and the room was clean. There is also happy hour with free wines between 7-8pm everyday. No issues with noise at night. Really enjoyed the stay in general
The shower has very slow water drainage. And something minor - We arrived midnight and had to wait for the reception to come and open the door, so we stood outside for a while. While this is great for safety, would have preferred to be able to enter the reception a bit earlier.

The hotel brand is unique and fun and each boutique hotel offers something a bit different. The location is excellent and just off the main streets so a little quieter. Rooms are good for the price, a little small but to be expected with such a great location.

The location is biggest selling point. Also they provide water station and drinks during happy hour.
This property really needs an update. The first room we were given was dirty and dusty throughout. The staff explained that it was because the window had been left open, but that doesn’t explain the dust on the coffee maker, cups, and spoons. One of the bath towels even had a hole in it, and many areas were visibly worn or chipped.
After we spoke with the receptionist, they moved us to a slightly larger and cleaner room, which was better. But it made us wonder why we were given the first room in the first place.
They also provided only two small tissue packs, with just three sheets each, and housekeeping did not replenish them after the first day.
Overall, this hotel was not worth what we paid.
