Located on a deep-water canal in Anna Maria Island with direct access to Tampa Bay and the Gulf, this retreat is ideal for boating, fishing, and laid-back coastal living.
Enjoy a private dock, heated pool, and hot tub right on the canal, plus multiple decks with beautiful water views. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area flows onto a large front deck—perfect for indoor-outdoor living with breezes and sunsets.
The home features flexible sleeping arrangements on the main level, plus a private upstairs primary suite with its own deck overlooking the water and views toward the Sunshine Skyway Bridge.
Just steps from a quiet, swimmable beach and a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the historic Anna Maria City Pier. Guests can also use the free island trolley to explore the full length of Anna Maria Island.
A relaxed island escape with boating access, beach proximity, and plenty of space to unwind. Sleeps 7.
*PET OWNERS: This property is dog friendly for one dog with a maximum weight of 25 pounds and a non-refundable pet fee of $150 for the first week. There is a $50 fee per week for any additional weeks booked. Also, certain breeds are excluded. It is necessary that you check with our office prior to your trip for details on weight and breed limitations.
A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEAT: If you book online, your reservation will automatically populate with a pool heat charge for one week. If your reservation is for a longer period, someone on our staff will adjust the pool heat rate to reflect the longer stay. We recommend pool heat at this property, regardless of the time of year, as pools near shady trees stay cooler, even in the summer.

The location of the house to everything was amazing. We had a couple of hiccups with the stay. The city inspector came unannounced as well as the pool guy. It also would have been helpful to know that there was construction going on. All those things said, I wouldrent the house again..

Overall property was adequate: Cons: Bedding/mattresses in 2 of the bedrooms need to be updated; shower door in MB need to fix towel rack and lack of water pressure at the sink; pool/hot tub looked dirty, pool company said that there were stains on the pool floor and nothing they could do, owner needs to be notified and have it fixed, we did not feel comfortable with the situation and did not use the pool. Owner or management company need to do a survey of equipment in the storage unit and get rid of items that are broken or do not work. Lights continued to flicker in the house.Pros: Great location, nice views from front balconies, nice outdoor furniture
