About this house rental
Haus Eva is a beautiful, spacious, and very well-maintained vacation home (we used the time during the pandemic to carry out some renovations: new heating system, new kitchen, new carpeting in the bedrooms, new bathrooms, and a gorgeous large terrace) with a view of the mountains, large enough to accommodate two or three families. It’s located in the vacation village of Niedersonthofen and features a large sun terrace. On the outskirts of town is a very nice swimming lake, and in town there’s a bakery and a small corner store. The house can accommodate about 11 people. It features 2 double bedrooms with sinks, 1 single bedroom, 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a studio with 1 double bed and 3 single beds; 1 bathroom with a toilet and shower; 1 bathroom with a toilet, bathtub, and shower; 3 separate toilets; and a shower in the sauna area. The living room features a tiled stove and a large dining table—perfect for cozy game nights! There are 2 TVs in the house. The basement houses a hobby room with a ping-pong table and a sauna. A garage is also available. Important note: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house (smoke detector system). During the Bavarian vacation season, we reserve the right to rent the property only on a weekly basis; however, if a short-term availability arises, we’re happy to accommodate stays as short as 2 nights.

We have enjoyed a lot our vacation at Eva's house. The house is well kept and equipped and the sanitaria's were all renovated recently. The sauna is excellent and so is the table tennis. The only disadvantage is the stairs to the house (about 20) and it was tricky to find at first.

We had the perfect stay here in July 2023 with 9 people across three generations. The house is spacious, well equipped, has lovely views and is close to local amenities and everything the Allgäu has to offer. It’s walking distance to the lake for swimming on hot days, the town has a baker and a village shop which stocks basics and local specialties, and there is easy access to the A7 and D19 for excursions. The host was communicative and very helpful. A five star review for a five star stay!

Der Aufenthalt hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Aufteilung der Zimmer passte für uns perfekt (3 Familien, 1 Paar, 1 Person). Durch die Treppenstufen blieben wir auch fit 😊Viele Ausflugsziele sind in der näheren Umgebung.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!
