About this apartment rental
Great property in Crystal Beach area of Destin....THE PLACE TO BE! -This is the nicest condo in Caribbean Dunes - newly renovated, floor, refrigerator, tile, furniture, luxury linens, lighting, paint, even air conditioning!!
EVERTHING is very clean, and extremely comfortable. There are two master suites each with their own private bath. One is on the main floor, and one is the spacious upstairs loft for plenty of privacy. There is a new queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Six can sleep comfortably and nobody is stuck with a bunk in the hall. The kitchen is quite large so there is plenty of room for the chefs in your group. We have just added beautiful glass tile backsplash and appliances. There are plenty of pot, pans, and of course dishes, silverware, and glassware. The large balcony has terrific views of the Gulf, and we have added lovely 18" travertine tile, so it is smooth on your bare feet. Relax and enjoy the view, nice breeze, and sunshine.
Walk to the end of the block to Camille's, one of Destin's favorite restaurants, and enjoy a cocktail or a nice meal.
Upon arrival, to get you started there will be one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and one laundry pod. There are grocery stores very nearby.
Lastly, we strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance to protect their vacation investment. Our cancellation policy does not provide refunds for flight disruptions, personal emergencies or weather events (unless a mandatory evacuation order is declared). For all other circumstances, including named storms without evacuation orders, purchasing travel insurance can cover cancellations, interruptions, and other unforeseen events.

Everything was perfect! The condo was beautiful! The beach was literally just a walk away… Tracie was amazing! She got back with me right away after setting my reservation. She answered my questions and gave me great information for where we were staying. Thanks Tracie! We will be coming back, Destin was amazing!

The condo was not clean. We contacted the cleaning lady and she told us that her assistant had "cleaned" the condo. She did come and replace the bedding because we were not sure the sheets had been changed. She brought cleaning supplies with her but we had already cleaned. The bathrooms were not clean. The walls, sinks and mirrors were dirty with what appeared to be makeup. The throw pillows, couch and love seat have stains. The coffee maker was very dirty. The refrigerator drawer was disgusting with juice from fruit stuck in the bottom. The glass doors to the balcony had kids finger prints all over them. The balcony was covered with sand and other debris.The condo could use a deep cleaning. The beach access is very small, the width of the roadway leading to it, and fills up early. Others tend to arrive before 6:00 am and stake claims with canopies and tents. During our stay a city owned beach access opened about 1/2 mile east from the condo. It is very nice with restrooms and free parking. The pool and hot tub is evidently shared with a condo across the side street. The pool was dirty, debris on the bottom on the day that we arrived. It appeared to be cleaned the next day. We left the condo much cleaner than it was when we arrived. We will not return to this condo.
