This was a great value, exactly as pictured. We loved the view, the peaceful garden with all the birds, and the kind and helpful staff.
During a storm the power did kick off and the wifi wasn’t always the strongest.

Great location with a view of lions rock. Host was very helpful in organising tuk tuks for us. Room was spacious and clean, very lovely room.
We only had enough hot water for 1 hot shower per day.

A beautiful little place with an excellent host and great location. The rooms are set in a beautiful oasis of a garden which had so much wildlife within it! We saw birds, monkeys, turtles, mongoose and peacocks all from our front porch! The location is great, it’s a bit out of the main town but tuk tuk is so easy to organise, the host can help with this. We were greeted with a delicious fresh welcome juice and the breakfast was traditional Sri Lankan, and there was so much of it! The host was extremely helpful and friendly, would definitely recommend staying here!

Everything was great, hosts were excellent - extremely friendly and attentive, a beautiful spot to stay at. We would definitely recommend doing the safari to Minneriya arranged by our lovely host - our guide, Tullina was an excellent guide and we had the most amazing time seeing the elephants up close. We would absolutely go back to stay at nice view lodge xx
